2023 WGPG Summer Patch Tour

Join us August 5th in the Wausau area to see some patches, visit with growers, and have lunch!

1st Patch  10:00 - 10:50

Parking is in Michael's driveway and on the lawn. If additional parking is needed, park on the side of the road.

10:50 travel to Mark's: about 20 minutes
Take Pheasant Falls south to Cty U, left on Cty U, drive 2 miles

Turn right/south on Cty S, drive 1.8 miles to Hwy 29

Take 29 east and drive 11 miles

Exit onto US-51 south/Wi-29 E/i-39 S, drive 1.9 miles

Take exit 190 for N Mountain road/Cty NN, take right on NN, drive 1.1 Miles

Take left on Bouder Ridge Cir/rib Mountin Way, turn right on Broadbill Lane, turn right on Bufflehead Ave

Bufflehead loops and becomes Mandarin Ln then Merganser Way; Mark's is on right.

2nd Patch 11:20-12:10

Park in Mark's neighborhood. Watermelon patch is near house, while pumpkin patch is a 300 yard walk.

12:10 travel to Adam's: about 20 minutes
Head back to NN and head west (left) out of Mark's neighborhood.  Drive 4 miles.

Take left/south on Cty O. Drive 7 miles.

Take left (on Cty B) then a right to continue on Cty O.  Drive 6.6 miles.

Turn right on Strand Lane, drive down gravel to Adam's.

3rd Patch 12:40 with lunch to follow

Parking is at the end of a one mile long dead end gravel road.  Park on right side of road prior to driveway. 

 

Following the tour at Adam's, meal and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
